Character Building has an integrated approch at St. Peter’s School. Both academic and non-academic programs are directed to build a good character of students. Saint Peter’s SHS is sending students to do their outings: MDT, Live-in and Retreat.
This week, 12 to 16 October 2009 is becoming a week of outings. Grade XII students have already finished their retreat, a spiritual exercize, at “Wisma Tugu Wacana”, Tugu, Cisarua, Bogor, yesterday, October 14, 2009. All students are happy, and today they directly do their school day. They are physically tired, but spiritually are full of joy.
Grade XI are doing their Live-In Program at a village in Central Java, named Kapencar. This village is located at the District of Wonosobo, about 1200 meters above sea level. Students are living and staying in the villagers’ houses. They are doing whatever the family they live do.
Grade X students are doing their Mental Development Training (MDT) at Wisma Kinasih, Puncak. This MDT is purposed to build a good mantality of our students, so that they are able to lead themselves to do every good thing in their lives.
